SMALLCLAIMSDEPARTMENT.COM REFUND POLICY
The following is smallclaimsdepartment.com’s refund policy. We believe that the policyis extremely fair. Keep in mind that smallclaimsdepartment.com does not keep your
credit card information. Should you request a refund, we will require your credit card
number, expiration date and billing zip code.
If you cancel your Platinum Package Submission:
After submitting your case online and we have not processed your claim in any way, you
will receive a full refund less a $25.00 processing fee.
After we have emailed/mailed you the prepared claim, requesting signature, you will
receive a full refund less $85.00.
After your claim is filed, but not yet put out in the field with a Process Server, you will
receive a full refund less $125.00.
After your claim is both filed and a Process Server has made an attempt, there is no
refund.
